But he did not see his role as leadership in a crisis until others pointed it out to him with the gulf oil problem. His belief in rules and regulation kept him from over-riding some of these rules in a crisis. I am not sure Sarah Palin is heading for the White House since she is taking the role of a cheerleader right now. To me, the greatest change that is taking place is the role of women in government. I hope that women in power will not see their role to be like men but to bring a different viewpoint to leading.
