Although the Ron Paul Presidential Campaign failed, the Campaign for Freedom (probably why he is still in the race) has succeeded in bringing the ideas of the founding fathers back from the fringe, & making them mainstream again!! I hear something about abolishing the Fed or another idea promoted by Paul several times/week from MAINSTREAM sources!

Advocates of educational liberty are reeling at a California court decision last week that essentially outlaws homeschooling in that state.
A February 28 ruling by the California Appellate Court for the second district argued that “parents do not have a constitutional right to educate their children in their own home.”

According to the American Freedom Campaign:
…the vote to override the veto failed, 225-188, falling 51 votes short of the two-thirds majority needed. This means that the CIA will NOT be held to the standard of conduct set out in the Army Field Manual – a standard deemed appropriate by many military leaders, including Gen. David Patraeus, the commanding general in Iraq.
